I think you can get a good taste of some of the things they are know for. We got the Reuben Lee Smoked Brisket, Smoked Kimchi, Cheese, Fatboy BCS, Remoulade, Scallions on Rye. Chonut 2.1 (100% Ridiculousness) Smoked Brisket, Smoked Kimchi, Fatboy BCS, Cheese, Bacon, Scallions on a glazed DONUT! ChoLander Fries (Ridiculously Good) Crispy Fries loaded w Smoked Kimchi, Cheddar Cheese, Pulled Pork, Fatboy Sauce. Korean BBQ Ribs Smoked Pork Ribs, then fried and coated with Sweet Gochu Glaze. K Town Dog 2 Beef Hot Dogs topped with Fatboy BCS, Smoked Kimchi Chili, Cheese, Scallions on 2 Rolls. We were stuffed, we loved the ribs it fell off the bone and the sweet glaze is one of the things they always win at those cookoffs. The chonut was a sweet and salty style burger I like these kinds of things, but i'm glad we split it! I can't eat this much anymore. Cholander fries were like a nice cajun fries style so we slowly keep picking at it ! The reuben lee and k town dogs were also great bites. I think you really just need to eat it yourself! It is a hike for us, but this much good food, is worth it!
