EAK Ramen NYC

EAK Ramen (New York) 469 Avenue Of The Americas New York, NY 10011 b/t 11th St & 12th St Ramen Lovers Day for $5 Buck! My friend and I didn't wait too long for this even with the line. I have to say it was pretty goodm we tried the Zebra Ramen and EAK Ramen. Both were really yummy. We were a bit bummed by them running out of the wavy thick noodles. Might have to go back and check it out with the proper noodles. The zebra ramen is really yummy, most might say its salted cuz of the salted butter added in, but its really good if you mix it well. Then Zebra also had a darker broth color a bit thicker flavor. The Eak Ramen was much lighter than the zebra and very rich! Both ramen came with a poached egg, semi runny and Seaweed. The little writing was a nice unique touch for photo ops. I think I will have to check this place out again, Decent size spot! Had some interesting stuff like matcha beer.
